Why Gay Marriage does not Matter!

Since marriages are not really Bonds of God! But Bonds of Business! What the heck does it really matter?

As I read through the Bible intent on finding what others ignored like the fact that Both the words of the Lord Gods Yahweh & Baal set side by side for the educator to articulate the complete story(s) appear to only speak concerning Yahweh.

I find no real strong language of any mortal sin for being gay nor getting married? Only that one "should" not go that way.

Stoning of one which grew out of hand; really only speaks of this for those that rape women, murder innocent, and a few others...

As far as Jesus, His way was to allow one to murder oneself in the name of faith, holly spirit, but not to kill or prevent others from being what they want.

It is their choice to die and not live forever, the promise of God -Yahweh; not gut your first born of Baal.

So I do not see what all the fuss is about?

Heck; no one has really followed the word anyways, or we would appear to be sheep not wolves.

well I have to run for now,

this is basicly my new opinion since I actually READ the Bible and not allowed myself to be brainwashed by other's manipulating opinions of some agenda(s).

Feeling self fulfilled and self righteous today-Chances are that those who are the most outspoken generally see in others what they hate the most in themselves.
Love the way you worded everything with so much underlying hate. I forgive you...
To me, the idea of Gay marriage is absurd and is best suited for the heterosexual societal slaves who wish to obtain the best and biggest-Yes SUPER SIZE this union in the eyes of God. The efforts to mimic the budget bloated ritual will only lead to the same disappointments and divorce rates. There is a need for some type of spiritual and legal commitment's but, I think it can be done in a slightly different way.

In my opinion, it comes down to:
1) a separation of church and state.
Why? Because most people cite the bible in their anti-gay marriage arguments. Thing is, I don't care who you worship and It better not affect me either. We the people, have freedom of religion and freedom from religion.


2) Equal rights.
Why? Because Gay, Straight or whatever, we the people ALL have the same inalienable rights.


Look, religion scares me a lot. How many millions have died in god's name? How is it that in the year 2008, we still have religious zealots running around thinking the sky is falling because people who are different then themselves want a freaking marriage license?
I don not see eye to eye with them but all I do is grumble under my breath when I see a sticker on their car that advertises to anybody driving behind them that they believe. I remember something from the new testament saying basically that you don't advertise how much you love your god.

1) The Majority rules and GAy MArriage is sick. Civil unions are welcomed. I hate to be the "priests" who marries these people when the end days come... wooo So I am not sure how legit it is.. it certainly isnt Marriage in the eyes of GOD... HIS eyes are shut on this.... not me saying this but the Bible.

2) I live my life according to the Bible not the 9th Circut Judges.

3) While Gay folk need rights MArriage is not the place.

4) The CA ammendment will flood the polls with GOP voters to over turn the will of Judges over the voters. Just the fact that 4 guys overruled millions make me worry. So those of you on the Liberty band wagon better not be hypocrits.

5) Robin... when the World comes to end.... Pray to your NEW AGE and see how far that gives you.

6) DOnaldboy, dont be propagandized by "religion"...it isnt religion you have to fear. Most Religions are moronic but personal relationship with GOD is real, my man.

7) I am not against this on a religious issue... even though the Lord speaks a lot on this... if you dont beleive, dont worry about it. But just the YUK Factor is my opposition... how do they consumate the "Marriage"? Yuk.

Talk about shoving ones views down us who think Marriage is man and women.

I grew up in the Catholic church. Baptism, First Communion, alter boy, the whole nine , I went to a Catholic grade school and graduated from a Catholic high school in Anaheim, so I am way past brain washed by religion. It agnosticized me! Ironically, my high school was a school that, at least while I was there, flamboyant priests taught religion. It was no secret which side of the plate they bat from, and I was taught as a child in church, "judge not, lest ye be judged". Finally I will let you know, that my best friend junior and senior year begrudgingly came out to me after we graduated, by telling me he was suicidal!

Yuck, huh?

Basically, If nobody told you that homosexuals were marrying now, like they have been in Massachusetts for four years now, you probably would not know or care.

Very Good! Extremely "Interesting".

I have much I want to comment on; but I am tried and if I push too hard now, tomorrow I might wish I slowed down right here.

To start:

It was said, and an excellent point - right out of my hand book, one sees in others what one 'Hates' "In oneself"

Just like seeing a rabbit under every other bush when hunting rabbit.

So Larkztongue sees "Underlying Hate" in my statement; interesting...

Note: I can hate; but seldom do, and when I do it is earned not blindly thrown out there.

I shall not try and remove any stick(s) from anyone's eye, for I have my own stick in my own eye to deal with!

I shall not even try to pull "Power and Control" over others; only self control myself as best as possible.

So I say let them have this Marriage it is one of those that Jesus speaks of when addressing the of not even getting married for of the damnation if one messes up!

Another brings up separation of State and Church; which is a great wonderful thing.

But I also believe that school should make essay writing comp mandatory! Else be victim of ignorance.

Majority rules as long as it falls under legal guidelines!

Well I will close with it is not like they are actually marrying under God for real; it is only a business action for profits...

"Yuk" to the dead body of Christ hanging on the cross in a place of worship. Jesus is the image of love and forgiveness. He predicted his death and resurrection, so he was a great psychic. And, the Jews believe he was a mystic and studied in Egypt during his teens. He could have had a daughter named Sarah too. The Bible also says that women are not equal with men.

So, it does seem that it is the "end times" of how we know them.

Good point craftguy, duh, I did not see it before but you are right. Homosexuality is the same thing as pedophelia, drugs use, prostitution and immoral acts.


Anyone involved in these immoral, thus illegal, acts should either be incarcerated or rehabilitated.

I am not Gay, nor am I homophobic, I just love the LORD and I love living. I try to abide by his word which is difficult to do. In the 1950s and 60s it was against the law for people of different races or ethnicities to intermarry. God did not say that. He said that the people of Israel must not intermarry. These circuit judges are comparing the intermarrying of different races together, but the difference is that it was still the union between MAN and WOMAN. I personally do not care what anyone does just as long as it does not affect me, because when I die, I will die by myself and only I can answer to GOD for the sins that I have committed. And when this is all done and over with, HE will say “job well done my faithful servant.”

For 40 years Israel wandered in the wilderness for not obeying God…

Leviticus 18:22—Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable.

Leviticus 20:13—If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads.

Romans 1:26—…Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion…

My heart races with all that has been said here!

I praise Yahweh for the fellowship I have felt here...

Am I thankful that I did not have to do all the work to present my story for a great change!

Now I forgot to thank Larkztongue for the "Forgiveness" for everyone can sure use some of that.

Perhaps a good reminder that mankind, in this case the Israelites' leaders, first murdered all of Yahweh's servants (simple or meek, Israelites) how many times before the leaders then murdered Christ (also an Israelite)?!

And only to maintain the government/businesses or money income, they could not wait for passover to end but for making money...

I said it once, I will say it again, "America reminds me way too much like ancient Israel.

Mankind is going to repeat and repeat... Perhaps we do need some kind of "Reminder" of just how wicked mankind gets.

I believe that Adam and Lilith were created together. She refused to submit to Adam and went off to become a free spirit and is said that she became the first vampire and any baby that dies under the age of three is said to be taken by Lilith.

We should not judge the hearts of others. We are not talking about pedophiles, but adults wanting the same legal rights as others.

What Bible have you been reading? As for inalienable rights... read the constitution, it was never meant to be altered, (thank God that it was though) and it was only written for white people. The authors of the Constitution would be turning over in their graves if they were able to see the state of our government and the acts of legislation form the judicial bench! Now... as far as a separation of church and state, this another example of legislation from the bench. The first amendment prohibits the government from making laws " respecting an establishment of religion" or that prohibit the free exercise of religion, infringe the freedom of speech, infringe the freedom of the press, limit the right to peaceably assemble, or limit the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances. Show me where that language explicitly says that a group of people or the courts have the right to redefine a religious definition and culture of one man and one woman making a commitment before God to each other. Over the thousands of years in cultures that have readily accepted homosexuality, not one of them have ever tried to redefine marriage.

Stop spewing out bits and pieces of information trying to legalize you position, you won't find anything in the Constitution to support it, only liberal courts legislating from the bench will ratify your cause. If you remember... the Constitution had to be ratified by the majority in order to pass, where has that practice of majority rules gone?

Adam and Lilith? Where is the historical document that this has come from, or is this a new age theory that you want to be true? Before you come back with a smart a$$ remark about the Bible being a story... scholars have agreed that the Bible is a historical document which also contained in the Dead Sea Scrolls. Nowhere is there any mention of Lilith or your fantasy of refusal to submit to Adam or the vampire thingy or whatever else your mind can dream up. There is no mention of EVE needing to submit to Adam, they were equal and each others helpmate.

What BIBLE are u reading, what do you think the Constitution was based on I#@^%. Bits and pieces are all you need, I am not a politician and I do not have to please the world but I can voice any opinion that I wish.

The FIRST AMENDMENT is FREEDOM OF SPEECH.

You must be Gay that is why you are being so strong about the issue. If you are GOOD for you, because what you do does not affect me. When you die, you will be judged by GOD an you will have to answer for your own sins, when I die, I will have to answer for my own sins. In either case my husband is a man.


First of all Adam and Lilith may be historical, but that is for you not for me and I have not seen them in the Bible. Most I can agree with but I do not live in a fantasy, Show me proof. I proved where my information came from. And no God did not tell EVE to submit but he did say that he made EVE for Adam with the rib of Adams rib. Try again.
