I SAY that I agree with YOU, Abunai. You should, INDEED be free to speak what your opinions are, state your facts accurately, and disagree with someone without being slammed against the blogging box, simply because you aren't going merrily down their little stream. If you don't like a certain blogger, the topic, or have little interest in what is being said, then go elsewhere. I have PEACEFULLY disagreed with many people here in the past, simply because I don't see things the way they do, was raised differently than they were, or have had life experiences that have molded my opinions to be something other than theirs. Under ORDINARY circumstances, and with MOST bloggers, that's just hunky-dory. There are a couple, however, who feel that if you disagree with them in any way, side with the opinion of another that is different from theirs, or go against their "little stream," you're an outright enemy, and you need to be, and will be viciously attacked. Deletion should be a discretionary tool for the one who created the blog, and used when an antagonistic blogger attempts to "hijack" the blog, leading it in another direction, or once the blog becomes so archaic, the one who posts it simply puts it in the "trashcan." I don't think it should be used to "hide" opinions that disagree with those of the "creator" of the blog, or anyone who comments on that blog.

Exactly! Ever notice how on some of THOSE blogs the MAJORITY of comments are by the one who posted the blog in the first place? It's just like one long epistle, blah-blah-blah-de-
blah. Nobody else can get a word in edgewise, even if they wanted to, and God help them if they're not 100% in agreement with what's being said! Very cowardice behavior, indeed!

BTW, good to see you Abunai. I thought you got banned!

Actually Frank I was thinkin you were the one missing for a while...

Generally, we see the same dozen or so folks between us talking about current events and politics. But this latest event here IMO needed to be delt with, I'm just not going to ignore the 500 lb elephant in the room.

I watched as someone would delete under some idea nobody would ever say anything, then never thought someone woudl cut/paste her, and she was shocked that people came out of the woodwork all with the same story! Then after just loosing it, then grabbing the bible off the shelf and preaching to all as if someone who appeared close to God would be the third rail of calling out.. NOT! A crying shame that someone use the lord's name in vain like that! Then after her back was against the wall, went ballistic, cut off her comments, and then couldn't help and saying that comming back was from advice of others?

It just does not get richer than that! Now we could be talking about ANYONE here, but you watch...

BTW- I'm sure some would have liked to have me banned, but to do so, you would have had to take out other that were far more abusive and outright disrepectful...

The only way this behavior is going to stop is if people actually practice what they preach and let it go. But I'm not going to just let such ridiculous behavior go unchecked.... I spent way too much time overseas, to now have to sit and take childish antics from unappreciative citizens....

Well Gammies61 the difference is you don't pretend to be a saint in the process of breaking your own rules! You're not here trying to insult ones intelligence, by even trying to pass yourself off.

Difference here is these two ladies speak to a core value, but can't operate from it!

Truth is, SHE needs to take her meds, and a gentle reminder to do so, is only being helpful!

I posted my explicit opinions there, too. I'm a straight forward, palms up, nothing to hide,
tell it like it is, kind of person. I have always been that way. It earned me many a spankin' when I was a youngun', but I'm just not a good liar. Who's posts were deleted? Are you really serious?!!!

We shall see soon enough. YSBRobin has posted some political blogs now that look on the face to be accurate, however its not even close. So I looked up this site "About.com" and its the NYTimes!! You be the judge... I pointed it out, and put examples for both dem and republican.. lets see if she deletes them or not.
