Funding and on ramp traffic lights

A deturrent in place of expantion though in turn  population steadily grows these lights have developed into backing up city streets for those waiting to enter the freeway and those on the freeway approaching do to the heavy population and the disallowance of mergers with the speed of traffic which becomes an aspect of contradiction in traffic law.This product needs returned and placed in the Govenors garage.

DMV taxs

I owned a 1/2 ton pick up truck and the DMV charged me a heavy road tax of 85.00 when i again pay as you do a state and federal tax for these roadways so on that factual basis i have been taxed twice and we should not agree to these illegalities as a whole.

Fast Trak violates equal opportunity and creates indifference these lanes are whats needed to allow the traffic to flow freely and safely within reason.
