I state we need to become trend setters where-in every matter is NoW a matter of National Security and the worlds health and security the answer to ALL our problems is new enviro friendly technology alternate gas resource etc. these ARE our answers to the stock market,heath care,educational funding etc. /KEY ELEMENTS to counter the earths health and ELEMENTS (as the power of coincadence is the confermation of something mystical and mysteriously more) the longer we wait for our Gov. to stop acting in deciet and ignorance is the closer our fate becomes EMINENT lol .THATS why it is written We the people have the right to abolish and establish a new form of Gov. one that is not destructive to thee ends;I DONT mean remove them but take my resolutions and petition all at once and pin them to where they can no longer betray us and others ATLEAST before it becomes noticable to all because thats when the wars really begin A great Nation will rise a great Nation will fall and we are in the spotlight bragging and boasting at every turn look at the extremeties of every thing taking place as if a book of preminitions were comming to life.I say change and beg for forgiveness through manipulating the worlds health You ever notice the power of true good and heart spoken positive messages YOU CAN FEEL THEM so why not make one big phone call with No negativity.

As a matter of safety the color-coded threat level should not be shown public at all the matter is severe in nature,it taunts nations and may cause a VERY negative reaction just by the belief we are launching.We as well begin to look like a joke/a kid who punch's and runs and we provoke the insecurity of another.IT IS pointless to alert the American public of  a possible nuclear attack as it will send every one to the streets in a panic and utter kaos this by no means is a need for public awareness as it is public here best belive other Governments are watching.

We do not find honor in nuclear warfare though we contain it we uppose our own for the worlds heath and good of mankind know Nation is rich in health as Know land is rich in health supplies of every nature are diminishing and if we all do not team up for change we are in time going to fein for survival creating mass confusion and peace talks to a stand still for survival as sure as the air we breath is contaminated.

If we can view satelite and prowler imagery in infared and detail as the media provided the sight of two rebels killing another in a ditch then the mountains and other flatlands are just as easy to survey and the mountains higher in elevation give a clearer view,why not make the request to semi-friendly borders to do such surveys and we will pay them to bomb their land kind of a reward,as for Iran my strategy is posts along the border soldiers in arms and tanks but every two tanks point the barrel towards each other to make a point we are not hostile with an explanation that; In the protection of Iraqy children it is our right to guard these borders suspect to terrorist refuge.As for the inner cities of Iraq we need allies to support the polising of Iraq in such an amount to smother those inside Iraq out THAT IS THE ONLY WAY.As for Iraq civilians why not build a really large theater and explain we need all civilian weaponry turned in for the benefit of the Iraq army and the safety of their children then play movies until it gets blown up.Give them something they can all talk about and the word will spread quickly.Flood the boreds And smother the streets all for one or all for nothing.

As law is not tought in high school(s)majority of the American public being less then laemen cannot fully understand 1a and 1b through 2a etc..Paragraphs with legal terms and blinding contradictions knowingly.We the people need paragraphs of 6th grade grammar stating EXACTLY what and EXACTLY how presented via the internet deemed as published thus who ever makes the most sense gets the vote and yes one can improve the interests of another idea in the interests of America and the worlds health and should the president not fallow through with these drafts whom ever should stand down for treason.A president should write/draft everything on their own and yes be that intelligent having years in preparation and passion No late entries No more blinding arguements as our lives rest in their hands this is by no means to be taken lightly or as a joke.As there are 50 states and 365 days in a year the President is the over see'r of all states cities and counties and to moniter funding of each each state visited is a vacation be it 1! day of golf.As ther is to be a secret to every service it needs re-created in that no media but one selected shal broadcast destinations or even know until that 1 media is chosen in silence and not break silence to the where abouts or become subject to imprisonment.To the presidents you are not a movie star you are a fate holder and America doe's not take that lightly anymore you are destroying us and the world all from the past are literally a joke I'd like to beat the [...] out of you in a ring legally and literally.

Should we leave Iraq the most dominate of numerous countries will take over.WE will be responsible for what happens to the people of Iraq.Under God United we stand as 1 as 1 we fail to uppose our Governments actions and for that we are obligated from start to finish,WE are responsible.Should we leave all other Nations who opposed Iraq will witness the unfortunate and see that  the U.S. claiming to be Under God is blasphemy and that we are a selfish Nation counting and broadcasting only our multiple loss'.Should we leave and have to return as it will be our responsibility to return but we will return to a war with many.

The person who fights for custody should only be allotted half medical,food and,clothing as they fight for the responsibility they are responsible for their own rent and utilities as they sought full custody they stated they at that moment not only wanted the responsibilty but could afford it as well.For the parent with least amount of custody the court must evaluate actual bills and calculate the exact amount that person can afford without exceeding that persons cost of living as it creates a vindictive personality and a failing of the ability to pay creates future imprisonment.AS FOR TODAY how many people can afford the cost of living and analyze the future sense.If the payee is institutionalized in any way the other due may collect their SSI etc with future with holdings from those times as in half.               this is a hypothetical idea where as i write it in fact it is a good idea.

Much like vehicles when regulatory changes were made the Government employed a 500.00 dollar grant to those vehicles that did not pass smog and you have the option to sale your vehicle to the state.Now the same applies to digital transition boxs where in a state or Nation in its entirety is so affected should in fact be supplied.

I do not recall the city but one Cal. city offered sums of money to purchase homes and property and stated if they do not sale their homes may be seized TO BUILD A MALL which will raise property value and again push out low income surroundings which in turn leads to another town fallowing in the footsteps of another the city is not your yard or your home  Govenors! Frivolous in nature unless it is a state emergency a home can not be seized without moral and a mall is not an emegency.

Our Govenors state to struggle with state funding requests met;As he over see's every county and city this is what i witness1;Antique and relic homes being restored 2;freeway ramps beuatified with colored brick and concrete and,islands of concrete to beautify citys and there streets leaving roads torn and freeways crowded in an attempt to make everything a tourist attraction (that is a bitch to drive to because the roads and traffic sucks).THE NEGATIVE affect estimating the value of neighborhoods by the surroundings raising the cost of rent and value which in these areas known as down town(s) usually base the original homes of the city and that of low income housing and these methods push those into the streets as time continues with these principles city's and towns will be less likely to be tourist attractions but city's of pissed off vagrants and by know means a tourist attraction.

when you purchase a vehicle you own it there is no doubt it is your possesion in these times of a future recession it is time to re-think what is necassary and what is not;When You purchase a vehicle etc. it should be a 1-time transfer and title fee until the date that decide to re-sale then it becomes the new owners responsibilty of fee,s to pay the DMV yearly is to state that you do not still own that vehicle and is not palpable when you hold title.The discontinuance of this will allow America in these troubled times to save 100+ yearly in fee,s and is just one sacrifice that needs to be made in the interests of  public and private citizens.Smog checks are completely plausible when considering world health. When a car dealership leases or holds title and as long as they do it is their duty to show the appreciation of business and pay title fee's until it is relinquished in your name/payed off.

We pay a state tax in which our roadways are covered, to state the employment of tole roads may be deemed plausible "is legally invalid" when taxs are paid for proper economical planning ,if these freeways and highways are independantly owned it is subject to Government seizure for these failures of up-keep as a state entity.It is an encrouchment of a vast scale when you can estimate the amount of new drivers on the roadway each year.

As long as i can remember  when you recieve a ticket you receive a date to appear TO CONTEST the ticket.Cal. now requires you to pay the fine first in  order to contest and this is considered an admission of guilt or guilty as charged without findings of fact and is fundamentally unfair which violates the 14th Amen. and is an illegal action of the State(s).

Not allowing America to homeschool reachs inside every home and is an automatic infringement of freedom of choice when raising your child as if the Gov. is raising your child and you have already become subject to child protective services how much further will you allow them to control your home,when educational funding lacks and teachers are being fired in multiples and teacher student molestations seem to never end it is a wise decision to let the people of America decide how to teach their children as these parents and children are not  Ward of the state.It is only common logic and good morals to allow those who can, to homeschool their children as it saves the State(s) money but regardless you are your childs parent  you make your decisions this IS a tresspass!
