IT has been said that the Gov. may tax the internet such as E-bay etc. on goods though when purchasing  items you are purchasing whats been bought and the taxs have been paid upon purchase you pay frieght on what is called postage and taxs on transportation come with that postage. Congress has authorized postal agents to regulate the commerce and interstate taxs from one state to another.Therefor the taxs are being paid and are plausible to the Nations original terms but creating a tax on owned personal property where in taxs have been paid for prior to it is for the Gov. to tax twice and is illegal.As for the internet its self much like a phone bill a state tax is applied and considering are financial standpoint is just fine where it is at. (see "private property" clause of Amendment V ).
