Has anyone else noticed or is it just me, that the illegals have totally taken over the restaurant industry. There is hardly a place to eat out anymore that doesn't have all illegals working the kitchen, which has been happening for quite a while now. But now we also have them taking over the entire place. We were absolutely surprised to see in the 3 or 4 months of not going to our favorite I-Hop that it was taken over by illegals. One lone waitress who had been there a while was still there.

What I want to know is how does this happen?  Do they fire and rehire or just cut pay to force quiting? We will never go back to that restaurant or many others we have supported for years.

Is this one of those jobs that the American people just won't do? It sure is strange that they have been for years, so where have they all gone? On to better things or simply out of work?
