Why does bratton (L.A. police chief) all of a sudden feel this need to change the way S.W.A.T is put together? Why does he want to lower the standards to qualify? Why does he want to have women be part of the team? Why is his nose so far up villar's (raigosa) butt, that he always sounds nasal!!
He's back at playing politics instead of earning his $300,000. for being chief. I'm not saying there are no women qualified, maybe there are, I just can't see making changes to something that has been working very well for 37 years. I have several family members and friends that work for various law enforcement agencies, and they vehemently say leave S.W.A.T. alone ! I think his political ambitions are starting to get in the way of him fulfilling his police position.

This isn't really news, but I didn't know where to put it (no pun intended). I recently changed my IP and of course with that change came all the changes for my e-mail accounts (gawd, what a drag). However I was not able to update the info to stay in touch with the bloggers, so after several attempts to contact Fox, and no response, I have created a (kind of) new name - 1olgrama - I am the same, wise @ss as on my old olgrama blog, just now I am 1olgrama. So are you all thoroughly confused. Just didn't want to lose my favs, and there probably is an easier way to go about this ,but being an "old Grama" my computer skills are still building, and while I'm at it maybe we could have another category, when we need to write something that doesn't fit the headings now, whadaya think? Anyway, bless you all and have a great week ahead!
